Max 103.9 welcomes Motown Soul to Casino New Brunswick, Saturday, November 3rd. Defined as soul music, Classic Motown was a driving force behind some of the biggest names in music. Individual artists and groups like Smokey Robinson, Diana Ross, and The Supremes, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, The Temptations, and The Jackson 5, among many others, would come to be known as the Motown Sound in the sixties and seventies. Performed by the Tonettes (Cathy, Marlene, and Amoy), with a live band and guest performer Grady Harrell from Las Vegas.
