Try it day is a recriutment drive for the Tit' Bateau Dragon Boat team comprised of breast cancer survivors and supporters. It is being held at the Shediac Bay Yacht Club on Pleasant Street in Shediac. The Salisbury Lions Club will be having an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast on Saturday, June 15th from 7-10am at 63 Peter St. The menu will consist of pancakes, sausages, pure maple syrup, donuts, muffins, coffee, tea and juice. Cost is $8 for Adults, $3 for Children ages 6-10 and FREE for Pre-School. All proceeds are for community work.

The Dunkirk Unit of Canadian Army Veterans is again hosting a motorcycle ride to support National Ride For Dad collecting funds to support Prostate Cancer Research and Education. This event will be held on Saturday, June 15th starting at Sobeys Mountain Rd. (11:00am) going to Miramichi and back along the coast finishing at Sobeys on Elmwood Drive.
