Bernice MacNaughton High School will be having a Fall Fundraiser on Thursday, November 10th from 7:30pm-12am at the High School. There will be refreshments, finger foods by their culinary department, a DJ and some great auction items. Tickets are $20 and can be bought at Cashonline on the Anglephone East website, through the Friends of the Highlanders members or at the door.

There will be a Special Remembrance Day Blood Drive, Nov 11th, in Moncton at 500 Mapleton Rd. from 9am-1pm. Donate blood in honor of veterans. Go to blood.ca or download the GiveBlood app for eligibility, criteria and appointment. New donors and walk-ins always welcome!

There will be a Remembrance Day ceremony on Friday, November 11th at the Moncton Coliseum beginning at 10am.

The City of Dieppe, in collaboration with the Dieppe Military Veterans Association, will be holding a ceremony on Friday, November 11th at Ecole Anna-Malenfant to commemorate Remembrance Day. The parade made up of veterans, cadets and members of the RCMP will form up around 10:30am and will make its way indoors for the ceremony that commemorates the signing of the Armistice, formalizing the end of World War 1 in 1918. A reception will follow at the Dieppe Golden Age Club.

The Town of Riverview will hold a Remembrance Day ceremony at 10:50am on Friday, November 11th at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church (5 Fatima Drive). A reception hosted by the Knights of Columbus will follow at the Dan Bohan Family Centre in honor of our veterans.

There will be a winter/craft sale and bazaar on Saturday, November 12th from 9am-5pm at the Moncton Lions Community Centre, 473 St. George St. Proceeds from this sale will go to Riley's Cat Rescue.

The St. James United Church Women of Peticodiac will be holding their annual Christmas bake and craft sale on Saturday, November 12th from 10am-12:30pm in the Church basement( 22 Price St, Peticodiac) There will be baking, crafts, tea, coffee and muffins.
