Federal Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale says the family of an inmate who died at Dorchester Pen deserves answers.  Cape Breton native Matthew Hines was pepper sprayed five times during a struggle with guards and died as a result. Goodale says there can be no tolerance for inappropriate use of force or other serious misconduct.
