The U.S. State Department is checking into a Taliban video featuring a Perth-Andover couple.  Joshua Boyle and Caitlan Coleman were kidnapped in Afghanistan in 2012, and say on the video that they and their kids will be killed unless the local government stops executing Taliban prisoners.  The terrorist group told the Associated Press the video was recorded last year.
