The Crown is appealing the not guilty verdict for a Memramcook daycare owner who was charged with mistreating children.

58 year old Celine Lang was found not-guilty in September of assaulting ten children and an employee in 2014.

Crown prosecutors have now filed an appeal which claims the trial judge erred in how he interpreted evidence and witness credibility.
