Up to $1 million is being invested by the province to provide free access to second-language training for unemployed adults.  It’ll be offered at NBCCs and CCNBs starting in January, with Premier Brian Gallant saying bilingualism is “a strength that gives New Brunswick an economic advantage on the national and international stage”.
