RCMP had two calls about guns yesterday.

The Times and Transcript reports they got a call around 4:00 in the afternoon about a man carrying a handgun on Lester Street, near St. George Street.  They found a 19 year old man with an air pistol. No word on charges.

Around 10:30 in the morning, the Mounties were called to a disturbance in an apartment building on Humphrey Street which supposedly involved someone with a gun. They say that was unsubstantiated and they released three people without charges.
