Aboriginal women’s inquiry getting underway

The woman heading the inquiry into missing and murdered indigenous women has seen the problem first hand.

Judge Marion Buller spent her summers as a youth on a Saskatchewan First Nation. She says some of her childhood friends are among the hundreds of aboriginal women who have gone missing or been murdered over the years. Buller and the four other inquiry commissioners begin their work formally today.
