Province Open to More Refugees but Wants Review First

The province is willing to accept more Syrian refugees, but wants to review how the process has worked with the roughly 1500 who already arrived. Many are leaving for bigger centres elsewhere, but Minister Donald Arseneault says 95% of those who came to New Brunswick are staying.
