New hotel for downtown

Hilton will be building a hotel as one of the anchors of a new development under construction downtown on the west side of Vaughan Harvey Boulevard at Ivan Rand Drive.

The Times & Transcript reports a 100 room hotel will be built along with other multi storey buildings housing offices and stores. The whole project is valued at over $100 million and is within sight of the new events centre.
