Volunteers needed for IIHF World Juniors in Moncton!

How would you like to be a part of one of the biggest hockey events in the world as it returns to the Maritimes next month?? A little volunteering might win you some game tickets too!

Volunteers are needed at both Moncton’s Avenir Centre & Halifax’s Scotiabank Centre for the 2023 IIHF World Juniors — with games played between December 26th & the 31st, as well January 2nd to 5th!

Volunteer Requirements & Conditions:

• COVID-19 vaccinations will be required to volunteer
• Volunteers must be 18 years of age or older as of December 17, 2022.
• Volunteers will be asked to contribute a minimum of 40 hours in volunteerism to the event
• Volunteers must consent to security screening which will include a criminal record check and depending on the role a vulnerable sector check and/or drivers’ abstract. Note, volunteer offers are conditional on security screening results
• This is a volunteer application. Dependent on responses, all applicants may not receive an offer to join the event as a volunteer.
