Province could move to “yellow phase” on Friday

Premier Blaine Higgs announced at Wednesday’s daily briefing that the province could be moving to the next phase of the economic recovery plan as early as this week.

if the announcing is made on Friday, it would move the province to the “yellow phase” as outlined below.

included in this is expected to allow gatherings of 50 or less, and an expansion of the bubble system to include family and friends — those that you would typically have contact with on a regular basis.

Also expected is word on public recreational spaces like pools and saunas as well as waterparks.

Official decisions are reserved until after the cabinet meets and are on the recommendation of public health. More details are expected on Friday of this week.
