Cleveland pitchers shut down Chicaco’s bats en route to a 6-0 win in game one of the World Series.

The Leafs were zapped by the Lightning 7-3 in the NHL. Ottawa shut down Vancouver 3-0.  Calgary beat St. Louis 4-1.  Dallas downed the Jets 3-2.
