Report Points to West End Moncton School Being Replaced

A report by the province may pave the way for the Bessborough School in West end Moncton to be replaced. District education council member Norval McConnell tells the CBC a report by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure favored replacing the school over recommending it for a midlife upgrade. A previous assessment already found that upgrading the school would cost 70-percent of what it would cost to simply build a new one.
