Oland appeal decision Monday

Arguments wrapped up yesterday in Dennis Oland’s appeal of his murder conviction.

The debate focused on whether Oland made a mistake or deliberately lied about the jacket he was wearing the evening his father Richard was killed.

Chief Justice Ernest Drapeau told the court they plan to deliver a decision Monday.
