Morningstar murder trial

Testimony at the Devin Morningstar murder trial yesterday came from another resident of the triplex where Baylie Wylie died last December.

Ashley Katzel-Leblanc said there had been partying in the apartment for days before the murder.

Corporal Pat Gould who gathered evidence at the murder scene described various pieces of evidence for the jury including glass from a broken mirrow, a dagger and a curtain rod.  The prosecutor told jurors the significance of these objects will be made know later.

The jury also saw photos from the crime scene including Wylie’s body.
