Oops

There’s apparently been a big oops at the new Moncton High School. The field is 20 yards too short for football.

The Times and Transcript reports the Anglopohone East District Education Council was also told last night the field is also in poor condition and a number of things will have to be done before they can play football on it. The football team currently plays its games at Rocky Stone Field in Centennial Park

D-E-C Chair Harry Doyle says the MHS field has been put on a deficiency list and the board is appealing to the province to fix it so it can handle football and other sports.
