Health ministers

Federal Health Minister Jane Philpott has offered an apology of sorts to provincial ministers. She says she’s sorry if anyone misunderstood her argument that federal health dollars should be earmarked for health spending. Philpott spoke Monday about what she called the need for greater accountability on the part of provinces and territories.
