Riverfront Trail work

Riverview is closing down a section of the Riverfront Trail boardwalk and a parking lot near there for four weeks starting Monday.

The Times and Transcript reports the town will be doing land remediation work at the site of a former gas station at 379 Coverdale Road which closed in the ’90s. The sidewalk on the north side of Coverdale Road next to the Fundy Chocolate River Station will be used as a detour for trail users. Drivers will be able to park in the vacant lot next to Wonder Auto.
