Flooding cleanup underway in Ontario

The clean up is underway after massive flooding in parts of southwestern Ontario.

Heavy rains flooded whole neighbourhoods. The mayors of Windsor and the neighbouring town of Tecumseh both declared states of emergency.
Volunteers are being mobilized to help people clean out flooded basements.
