Gov’t won’t grab Chase the Ace money

Organizers of Chase the Ace fundraisers in New Brunswick have received some good news.

Earlier this month the province announced it was considering new rules for the enormously popular raffles. Now a spokeswoman in the Public Safety Department says the government won’t horn in on the cash draws and will not claim a share of the money….just the $25 fee for a permit.
