Vaping regulations coming

Health Minister Jane Philpott says her department will bring in a new legislation this fall on Vaping.

Philpott says it’s hard to balance the risks and benefits of electroinic cigarettes because there’s not much evidence. She says the government hopes to protect young people from nicotine, while allowing adult smokers to use vaping to help them quit smoking.
