Daycare operator not guilty

The judge found a former Memramcook daycare owner not guilty on all charges of assaulting children in her care and a worker.

58 year old Celine Lang was acquitted in the decision yesterday by Judge Jean-Paul Ouellette who questioned the quality of the witnesses against Lang…former employees. He cited shifting stories, incomplete accounts of the events and an interest in shutting down the daycare as a reason to reject their testimonies.
