Horizon clarifies Friday release RE: Charlotte County surgeries

Horizon Health has clarified Friday’s release where people though general anesthetic surgeries were coming back to Charlotte County Hospital. As started in June, it’s still local anesthetic surgeries only. Those represent about 86% of surgeries there in recent years.
