Oland Bail Appeal to be Opposed by Attorney Generals in Three Provinces

The Supreme Court of Canada is set hear from the attorneys general of Ontario, Alberta and B-C as it considers Dennis Oland’s appeal for bail. They’re all opposing Oland’s attempt to be released while awaiting a separate appeal of his murder conviction. Oland was found guilty of second-degree murder in the 2011 death of his father in Saint John.
