Government consolidating call centres

The Gallant Government is consolidating 74 government call centres into just four, saying it will save almost $13 million over five years.

The premier announced last week, Edmundston would have lne of the call centres. The others are expected to be in Moncton, Dalhousie and Fredericton.  The call centres handle calls from I-T support for government employees to public calls about things like power outages.
