City figuring out AtlanticFest costs after cancellation

Moncton now has to figure out costs after AtlanticFest was cancelled.  Field covering and port-a-potties were already set up among other things.  Headliner Selena Gomez cancelled the show and the rest of her Revival tour due to her ongoing battle with lupus.  Refund details will be released this coming Tuesday.
