Moose crash fatality

A 57 year old man has been killed following a crash involving a moose near Miramichi.

One vehicle hit the moose on Chaplin Island Road in Wayerton early yesterday throwing the animal into the path of a second vehicle carrying the victim. The first driver was not injured.

The investigation is ongoing.
