Hillcrest Home and School Craft Bazaar

n Saturday, November 5th Hillcrest Home and School will be having their 3rd annual Craft Bazaar from 9am-2pm at Hillcrest School (60 Parlee Dr). There will be almost 40 vendors with lots of crafts and gift ideas for Christmas. Santa will be making a special appearance at 10:00am to say hello to all the kids! Admission is $2 for adults and students and children are free. All proceeds go back to the school.

AA Hawks Bottle Drive

The Moncton Bantam AA Hawks hockey team are having a bottle drive on Saturday, November 5th from 9am-1pm in the Hildegarde and Ryan Road areas. If you have any bottles you would like to donate to the team, you can kindly bring them to the Valley Redemption Center at 323 Collishaw St. before 1:00pm

Buick Drive for your Students

On Saturday, November 5th from 9am-4pm, Riverview High School will be having the "Buick Drive for your Students" test drive event at RHS. Any person over the age of 18 with a valid driver's license can test drive a vehicle free of charge! $20 will go to RHS, up to $10,000. There will also be a BBQ and inflatable games.

The Mind The Heart team is inviting the public to the Mo’ Fun Run – Mind The Heart taking place at the Mapleton Park in Moncton on Saturday, November 5th. Walk or run for a distance of 1k, 3k or 5k which starts at the Rotary Mapleton Park pavilion at 10 a.m. – rain or shine! Bazaar and Luncheon

The St. John's UCW will be having a bazaar and luncheon on Saturday, November 5th from 11am-2pm at 75 Alma St. The cost is $8 and includes soup, roll, beverage and pie. There will be crafts, baked goods, jewelry, books and treasures! Everyone is welcome!

Royal Astronomical Society of Canada guest speakers

The New Brunswick Center of the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada (RASC) will be hosting presentations from guest speakers on Saturday, November 5th at the Moncton High School. Among the speakers is famed comet hunter David Levy. There will also be solar observing, as well as night time observation at the school's observatory. This event is free and open to the public.
