The Greater Moncton Dragon Boat Festival is the principal fundraising event for the Lions Sick Children’s Fund, serving families in the counties of Westmorland, Albert & Kent. Over the last 13 years the Festival has raised over $1,000,000 that has gone to support not only Sick Kids but 71 other charities in the Greater Moncton area. The PJ Walk for Kids is a family-oriented and fun community event that symbolizes the walk that families make together from the Ronald McDonald House to the IWK Health Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The 6th annual PJ Walk for Kids will take place on June 12th, 2022 in Charlottetown, Halifax, Moncton, Saint John, Sydney, and virtually, across the Maritimes.
