UPS Annual Softball Tournament

The employees of UPS are holding their 21st annual softball tournament on Saturday, August 12th at the Hal Betts Sports Field (By Gunningsville Bridge) to raise funds for The United Way. The first game is at 8:00am with registration a half hour before your first game. Springbrook Stables Western Extreme Show

The Springbrook Stables Western Extreme Show will be taking place on August 12th & 13th at Springbrook Stables, 46934 Homestead Rd. This is a horse show showcasing various divisions and skill levels. It is a free event with donations being accepted- Fundraiser for the Cavalier Therapeutic Riding Club on the 12th and the Canadian Cancer Society on the 13th.

All-You-Can-Eat Pancake Breakfast

The Salisbury Lions Club will be having an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast on Saturday, August 19th from 7am-10am at the Salisbury Lions Club, 63 Peter St. The menu consists of pancakes, sausages, pure maple syrup, donuts, muffins, coffee, tea and juice. Cost is $8 for adults, $3 for children ages 6-10 and free for preschool. All proceeds are for community work.
