Sobeys Taste and Learn Classes (Shediac)

Sobeys Taste and Learn Classes in Shediac (183 Main St.) will be happening Thursday, November 3rd and 10th from 3-4pm. These classes will focus on cooking for better blood sugars.

For heart healthy desserts, there will be a class on Thursday, November 24th from 11am-12pm.
