Moncton SPCA Employee Charged with Harming Dog

A former employee at the Greater Moncton SPCA has been charged with harming a dog at the shelter. Claude Paquet allegedly caused unnecessary pain, suffering or injury to an animal on August 16th. A complaint against Paquet was called into the SPCA tip line.
