DESCRIPTION:Our Moncton Wildcats take on the Halifax Mooseheads at the Avenir Centre Saturday\, September 30th! \nThe ceremonial puck drop will be performed by members of the Elsipogtog First Nation to mark the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. \n“On the ice\, we’ve got talented newcomers Caleb Desnoyers (2023 1st overall)\, Shawn Carrier (2023 6th overall) and Vincent Collard (2 GP\, 3G)\, mixing with our veteran core of Yoan Loshing\, Miles Müller\, Oscar Plandowski and Jacob Steinman. The results so far have been eye-popping — 2 wins in 2 games with 13 goals scored\, while allowing just 1. And that’s without last year’s co-leading scorer and team MVP Etienne Morin in the squad. Morin is currently at Calgary Flames training camp.” \nOff the ice\, it’s just as exciting. The puck drops at 7pm\, but head to the Avenir Centre early for the party on the Oval (starts at 4pm).
