SUMMARY:Frankenstein (1931)
DESCRIPTION:MOVIE SCREENING WITH LIVE ORCHESTRA\nExperience the legendary 1931 classic Frankenstein like never before\, as this iconic film is projected on the big screen with a brand-new original score performed live by core members of Symphony New Brunswick. Composed by Andrew Reed Miller\, the music breathes fresh life into one of cinema’s most enduring horror stories.\nDirected by Universal Pictures\, the film stars Colin Clive as the brilliant and obsessive Dr. Frankenstein\, who dares to assemble life from the dead; creating the unforgettable monster portrayed by Boris Karloff. Nearly a century later\, its haunting themes of science\, ambition\, and humanity remain as powerful as ever.A huge thank you to our longtime partners at Resonance New Music for helping bring this one-of-a-kind experience to life year after year.\nPresented by the Capitol Theatre\, Symphony NB\, and Resonance New Music — don’t miss this chilling fusion of film and live music.\nPAY WHAT YOU WILLTickets for this performance are on sale at flexible pricing (minimum contribution of $10 per ticket).
