Dennis Oland appeal

Dennis Oland’s lawyers will be at the Court of Appeal in Fredericton today asking for his murder conviction in the death of his father Richard to be overturned.

Oland’s lawyers have submitted an application saying the trial judge made a number of errors in his instructions to the jury and in admitting certain evidence at trial. They want Oland aquitted or at least a new trial ordered.
