Register Your Float For The Royale Greater Moncton Santa Claus Parade

The Royale Greater Moncton Santa Claus Parade is looking forward to their 53nd year of delighting children, families and the young-at-heart on Saturday, November 23rd. Each year thousands of children and families flock to Greater Moncton from throughout New Brunswick, P.E.I. and Nova Scotia to see the beautiful floats and especially the big star of the evening, jolly old Saint Nick, who takes time out of his busy schedule to greet the happy boys and girls.

The parade begins at 5 p.m. at the corner of Cameron and Main Street in Moncton and runs to the corner of Champlain and Paul Street in Dieppe. The theme for this year’s parade is Family Traditions and registration is now open at with a deadline of November 9th to enter your float, so don’t delay. You can join them on Facebook for other event updates(

Tim Horton’s is returning to lead off the parade with one of the region’s biggest food drives of the year. Spectators are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to help support our local food banks. Our friends from Canada Post will also be walking the parade again to collect letters from the children for Santa, so be sure to bring yours with you to the parade.

“Royale is proud to return as the presenting sponsor of the 53rd edition of the Greater Moncton Santa Claus Parade this year,” said Wayne McDonald, Vice President of Corporate Relations for J.D.
